seeds First Attempt at Isolating For Seeds

Since 2 of my plants look like they are legit, I think, I will give it a try at trying to get some pure seeds out of a few plants,my Moruga and Bhut . It's a little late in my grow season up here but I plan on overwintering my best plants and any of the ones that aren't crossed I have .........Any comments or tips would be great, learning something everyday.

Bags work great.  What you are doing looks fine.  But I'd bet you would be much happier with a simple 2x4 frame.  I forget what they call it, but you can get the agricultural bridal cloth / mosquito netting at just about any supplier.  Greenhouse Mega Store is at the top of my mind.  If you have kids, off season they will think it is a secret fort.

I was thinking of something like that, something I can cover during the the time of pollination so I can actually get a whole plant of pure pods but just trying to figure out how to water and get ferts to it.

Be sure to tap the bags / shake the branches every day.  I didn't do that last year and didn't have very many pods set in the bags.  Its normally pretty calm here in the summer so not too much wind to move the blossoms around to help pollinate them.  Been tapping the bags almost daily sometimes multiple times this year and having much better success with setting pods in them.

Looks good! The two recommendations I have is once your pods have set make sure you mark them after removing isolation material and pull all future buds in that area. I save bread bag twist ties year around for this but you can buy a 66" roll for 5 bucks.> http://www.acehardware.com/product/index.jsp?productId=71040916&KPID=22160143&pla=pla_22160143  I mark every pod as they usually mature at different times.
I was planning on marking them ,I seem that twist tie too at the local supermarket,i pulled off any open flowers or pods, I know ughhh, to make sure not to mix them up
