Hey everybody! Just finished making my first Deep Water Culture Hydro!
It's got
2 Yellow Infinity Chilli
1 Chocolate Douglah
And 1 Brazilian Ghost x Reaper f2

cool, what nutes / ppm you running, what size air stones?

Umm the air stone are 1 inch I think
I am using general hydro nutes. The floral, veg and micro
The ppmm is about 570 and the Ph is 6.2

I have never done hydro before haha

In hydroponic setups, chemistry changes can happen quickly.

My first experiments in hydroponics gave me a crash course in nutrient deficiencies. Study available data (pictures are very informative), so you are forewarned and know how to recognize them.
Recognizing how pH affects nutrient availability is closely tied with this topic.
Get familiar with terms like 'nutrient lock'.

That's just my own $.02-worth. More experienced people here may have better input.

What do you guys use to measure PPM? My first DWC setup is doing great, so I've never done anything to it...

I just bought a Ppm measurer haha

Very cool. I can't tell for sure but is the plant on the top left letting light through? If so I would consider blocking it with some black plastic or something to prevent light from getting in there. I started my plants just like that and after a few weeks had algea growing on the roots because the light was getting to them. Lucky I caught it in time, I just sprayed the algea off and covered the holes and they are now fine.
