Am getting ready to do my first ferment just wanted to make sure this is a good idea. Will it give me a good flavor is it the best way to try my first ferment? Terrified!
I use it. Can give a bit of a sour taste depending on the rest of your ingredients. Can fix that while you finish it during the cook down if needed. Also you don't need the whole tube unless doing 5+ gals at a time.
