Just picked my first EVER "super hot"!! It was a LITTLE Bih Jolokia, measuring in at a whopping...... 1in long
.No video I'm afraid. Wasn't much to see anyway. Although it was small it still packed a punch, but not as hot as I expected. When I cut it open I was suprised not see a SINGLE drop of capsaicin! But rest assured it was there, my mouth is still telling me the tale of my first ever Bih.
The flavour was quite suprising too, I was expecting that nasty bitter flavour that are present with some chillies, but no, it was quite pleasant I didn't mind it all. Can't wait to get some proper sized pods from this bad boy! I can see myself making a fair few sauces with this one. Probably some powders and/or flakes too.
