The small one still has the seed on it kind of like. Helmet is that normal or should I try to remove it?
Leave it, it will probably fall off when it gets a little bigger. If you try to remove it while it is that size, it is likely that you will just break the top off the seedling.

P.S. Leave the seed husk on it unless it totally shields the primary leaves---If that is the case wet it for like 10 - 15 mins and use a tweezers to try and remove it. It is always better to just leave the husk on the leaf.
