This is a collector's run made for the SASR 200th Jubilee and is a variant of Paul's Blazing Plum Sauce (which is on sale throughhttp://www.wildfirechilli.com.au/) ... 

and it is absolutely fantastic ... 

This is one of my favourite sauces of the year ... over Christmas Calais and I went through an entire bottle of Blazing Plum ... it is awesome ... a great heat ... an awesome sweet flavour to start with ... with the plums shining through ... then the morugas come rushing in ... and the heat spreads everywhere ... if you have not tried this one ... get your hands on the Blazing Plum ... it is unreal ... I am even eating it on my breakfast while I type this ...
