Florida Festival of Flavor and Fire

For those of you who have not seen the promotions already, the Florida Festival of Flavor and Fire in Lakeland Florida is this weekend. There were all kinds of people with great sauces, which of course, you get to sample. There are also fresh peppers, seeds, powders and pepper plants. They also had food demonstrations all day today. Anyone close to Lakeland should check it out tomorrow. Tom

The next one that I know of, even though it is put on by different people, is the "I Like It Hot" festival in Largo in mid September. Tom
