Tried my bottle the other day.  Excellent sauce Ann!  I'm a lover of garlic and you did not disappoint with this sauce.  Garlic up front with a bit of sweetness on the finish.  I put the heat at 6.5 - 7 / 10.  So pretty close to what others have said.
