pests flying aphids of dooooooom

Prevention is the best cure. Well I prevented nothing and now i have about 11.5*10^3 aphids on my growing site. I think they are comming from a zucchini plant nearby which i constantly treat for aphids but it is too dense. I have kept all the chili safe from the little green buggers. But whenever I come around to the plants I have to pluck off/spray off winged aphids. Is there a preventive remedy that can help me. What I want is to keep the aphids off. Maybe mosquito net over the plants?

     And I replied:
 
" Looks like an aphid. If you can swing it, plant some marigolds near your plants. If your peppers are in containers, just put some marigolds in smaller pots (maybe 1/2 to 1 gallon) and place them among your plants. They will attract predator insects that will keep the aphids in check. 
     Otherwise, just keep an eye on the new growth on your plants to see if aphids are colonizing them. If so, squish them by hand or use insecticidal soap every few days.
     Good luck! And as suchen said, don't sweat it. Pests come and go, infestations and patterns of damage are what you need to be concerned about."
 
 
     The advice about companion plants still applies. Create habitat for insect predators near your pepper plants and they will stick around.

We have aphids in nearby Birch trees :( Can't treat those. The ladybugs are sticking around and making lots of babies. So, I hope things stay in check. I still use soap spray when needed. Ladybugs don't seem to mind.
 
Where can I get ladybugs, I haven't seen them sold in my country, is it a thing you can like ship from neighbouring countries xD?
 
Europe has better access to biocontrol anyway. Biobest and Koppert come to mind. Shouldn't be hard to find ladybugs if you're interested in that route, though if not local the rapid shipping may be expensive. Nurseries and greenhouses in the area should have a tap on a supplier. I'd still spray the shit out of them.
 
The bug in picture kinda looks like a lace wing they prey on aphids and thrips idk for sure tho I use 1 tablespoon soap 1 teaspoon olive oil mixed into like I quart of water a soda em Down only do in late evening so the don't sun burn from oil I the mist down next morning to get the extra off I haven't had many since
