I needed another bottle of HS like a hole in the head, but I was in Olean NY this past weekend and picked up two bottles of a local sauce called Formula 47 and I rate it a '9' basically.
Has to be bought on-line, but great stuff, medium burn but very smooth and flavorful.
Very unusual sauce. There is also a wing sauce called Formula 49 but I did not buy it.
