So I guess I am preparing myself for the Infinity Chili Sauce I bought last week from Firefoods.co.uk. At 1.2m it has to be nuts!

Here I chomp on the Red Bhut from PepperLover. A bit hotter than the chocolate bhut with a bit less of a stomach kick!

the fresh pepper might just be hotter than the sauce. coz if the sauce doesn't contain as much capsaicin as to compared to a whole chili. unless they had the sauce itself measured by how many scovilles it's got then it's not gonna be as hot as a whole pod.
