Freezing Jalapenos???

I freeze them all the time great in the winter for making chili

Mchottie freezes every year. They do not come out mush and still very hot. Not as crispy as a raw pod..but still good.

I have bags of peppers that stay good all year,I cut them in half then de-seed them then throwthem in freezer bags!
