Fried Chicken and Fried Foods

Is there a thread of fried chicken and well anything else? Couldn't find it.

Gonna make an attempt at fried chicken tonight. KFC refuses to bring back their hot n spicy, so I have to take things into my own hands or die trying.

I am watching this to see what you come up with. For the last few years, i have been using our Fried Foods quota for Fish and Chips. Chicken in curries and salads.... blah!....

If you can post an epic fried chicken.... Alleluia! I know there are thousands out there on the whebz... more fun to try a tried and true....
