Almost of bolivian rainbow. I had to change the place because the sun dried my plants and I can't water them daily.

You have too much plants in the same pot.
Now they are still small and it's looks good but later will not work.

It will be okay, you just might have to fertilize them more often. Or you can pull some of them out and just put them anywhere in the ground. Consider them killed and use them as experiments.
 
Fertilize yesterday with half of the manufacturer's recommendation. it's a quimical fertilizer and it's is a 6-5-10.

Not that it won't work, but that's totally the wrong proportions for an edible plant.  
 
If you can find something with 3-1-2 (or multiple, thereof) try that - otherwise, just use a simple balanced fertilizer.  6-6-6 is pretty common.

It will be OK.  If it were me, I'd feed my plants at 1/3 the recommended rate with that fertilizer. (making it 5-5-5)

Tus plantas se ven bien, Alejandro. Un consejo que tengo para vos, es que no querés tener tantas plantas de rocoto en la misma maceta. Vos podés separar las plantas fácilmente, entre sus propias macetas, para que tengan mas espacio. Buena suerte este verano, con tu jardín.
 Sí... en la próxima germinación de semillas pondré una planta por cada maceta. Hablas bien el español, De donde eres ?
