Thought I'd drop a line and introduce myself. I'm here in Fresno CA, and I'm diggin' this forum. I've been a "hot head" for years now and I'm glad to see all the recipes and such here. I grow my own chiles (among other things) and love Habaneros!!! I didn't have much luck this summer, my new apt. situation doesn't allow much sun. But last year I grew both Red Savina and Francesco (I think) varieties that turned out awesome. 
I can't wait until I am back in a house with a yard again. I'm interested in all things hot sauce so I'm happy to hear any tips or ideas.
