Okay so my grandpa brought me a grocery bag full of peppers. He said a guy told him they were frost damaged and was giving them away. I salvaged some Jal and what I think are the biggest banana peppers I've ever seen. My questions are A) Is this frost damage and B) if I want to make powder from the Jal for a family request. Can I just cut away the black and dry these peppers?
