the red food colouring listed as any one of these words on a label is made from dried crushed insects that live on cactuses.
cochineal, carmine, carminic acid, Natural Red 4, or E120.
check the label of anything that has red colouring if it doesn't say Red40 check for one of those.
some juice products are changing to red carrot juice because the vegans were getting rowdy.
