I also have had good and bad experiences on Ebay. 
99% have had favorable outcomes except for one and that person got banished as they had ripped of others also. Sorry to hear about your bad luck.
I'm relatively new here and am trying 1st attempt at growing from seed and I'm not growing that particular strain, but if I were and had xtra seeds I'd give to you.
