It's worked a treat on my Jalapeno. Killed 'em dead in two days of use.
They hate garlic, hate the soap water, and the oil makes it (and them) stick. I also put in a pinch of epsom salt just to feed the attacked plant while killing the buggers...dbl-duty eh?
