Lettuce, Parsley, Thai Chilli (all from my garden), tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Capsicum and Cucumber.  Dressed with pan juices.

Sure, sausage meat consists of roughly 70% pork shoulder including the fat and 30% beef, garlic powder, Chilli flakes (Bishops hat & Cayenne), ground Coriander seeds, salt and pepper.

Natural casing is used, and the finished product is hot smoked using Red gum wood chips.

I just want to be dressed with those pan juices.

No oil was used to pan fry the sausage, all that oil came out from the sausage itself. The house smelled great afterwards!
