Quyen Pham, 11, a sixth-grader at Gates Chili Middle School, placed first in the 2007-2008 Chili Lion's Club Peace Poster Contest. She received a $100 savings bond for her poster that depicted the contest theme, "Peace Around the World." The club has sponsored the contest for the past 20 years.
