Getting a Late Start-help me choose

Thanks to the Generosity of this community I know have a small collection of seeds!
Problem is that I'm probably late to germinate for WI short season. I've got 6 T12's(not optimal, i know), great South Windows, and a heat mat. A Big bag of FFOF and solo cups. Small Jug of Dynagrow FP. Mylar curtains.
1. What on my list should I attempt.(I know they're all perennials, i hope to OW a couple).
2. If i pot up long season chinenses into smaller pots could I force them to produce at least a few pods to taste and harvest seed from, for the next hopefully more organized season?

Thank you for the advice Pepper People

These plus the hotchoc and the aji hab do also produce quick. Then just pick out a super you really want to try and save and over winter, maybe the brainstrain, I love me some yellow brainstrain.

Alright everyone I started! I'm 24hr soaking in weak H2O2. Five seeds each.
1.Aji Habanero
2. Jamaican Hot Chocolate
These two because they should bear quicker.
3. Bahamanian Goat Pepper
4. Red Savina
5. Chocolate Hab
6. 7PotJonah for possible OW
