chinense Ghost pepper - different colors - ???

I just started growing ghost peppers this year and have 15 productive plants. When the pepper ripens it is a chocolate bhut jolokia (once in awhile a red one). The other morning I was harvesting the ripe ones and noticed a small infestation of little spiders on one plant. I decided to put some 7-5 dust on it but first picked a few green peppers since I knew I would have to wait to harvest for a few days because of the treatment. I was hoping the peppers would ripen off of the vine. Much to my surprise they started turning white! I cut one open this morning to taste and it is hot. Not sure what I have here. Any ideas? - Thanx

I don't think cross pollination or mislabeling since the peppers come from the same group of plants. If left on the plant to ripen, they go from green to chocolate. If picked while green and left in the sun they turn white. Here are the pics. Thank you!

Not sure if the pix posted. Let me know

It's sun damage. The hot sun can actually start to cook them. I had that happen to a whole harvest of habaneros I picked while green and left on the outside table. Didn't take long either... a couple of hours.
