Sounds really interesting.  Raspberry sherbet n ghost pepper, but how is it made into powder I wonder.  I am thinking of that freeze dried ice cream that they claimed astronauts ate on the early missions.  Maybe freeze dried and then powdered?  Hmmmm....

Now that is the question .... I know the heat comes from an extract but that put into sherbet would just clump up. Maybe blended afterwards?
