pests Good bug, bad bug, stink bug?

I was out looking at my plants this morning and spotted this critter on my Aji Fantasy plant. Any guesses on what sort of bug it is? Location is south of France.
Kind of looks like a stink bug to me, but my experience is many years ago with stink bugs in Australia. They're not great on citrus plants. And if it is that, I wasn't going to do to much poking around. 
 
So, good bug or bad bug for a chili plant? 
 
(I did check the pests thread, some of the image links in the first post are broken, but the stink bug one is not - it does look like one based on that...)

Yeah, that's just a bad bug.  Get it, before you end up with rotten spots in your pods.
