Good Gravy (7pot experimenting)

Hee Hee!

We made some lightly breaded chicken breasts and gravy.

Here is the delicious gravy that I simmered a 7 pot in.......

Here is the gravy my wife decided to make after she tasted my delicious gravy. (she is no light weight, notice the cayenne flakes in her gravy, no 7 pot though!)

white milk gravy is for sick people

real gravy is burnt flour and water...

but it looks good anyway

The best gravy is black eye gravy! In some areas they also call it red eye gravy.
You bake out bacon, take it out o the pan, put it aside, then you pour hot coffee into the pan, reduce it a bit and then serve it with buttermilk biscuits and grape jelly... ...d e l i c i o u s !!!


I don't like white gravy. In some southern restaurants they kill about every dish with it.
