New KnJ is definitely hotter than the first round! All veggies get hit with that stuff.
Kevin sent me out some of his powder samplers and last night i had a chance to try his Biker Chipotle.
Sprinkled onto warmed up Christmas leftovers, this powder transformed an adequate meal of turkey, taters, carrots, stuffin' and gravy into a peak dining experience.
The warm smoky aroma from the Biker Billy Jalapeno powder wafted up into my nostrils...pure Heaven!
The smoky flavor and coupled with that Biker Billy heat made last night's meal one of the most memorable that i have had in recent memory.
In fact, that experience got me so stoked that i'm seriously looking into growing out a whack of Biker Billys this coming summer, purchasing a smoker unit, smoking and processing those peppers...
...just so i can have my own stash.
