Post w/ pics moved to =[ far east heat ]= because I had to change the way Photobucket is being used because I hit the caps and I'm trying not to break all of my links from the past year ...

That looks pretty dang tasty GM!!!!! I love those freshy flavs you're throwin' down!

You should try some Humbow sometime! You got the skeels, the ingredients, and the curiosity!!!!!!! You could ROCK that sheet!!!!!! :)

There is a Jason's Deli 2 miles down the road from my house. Every single time you post something from Jason's I tell myself I AM going to go get one of those immediately... But I'll forget all about it by the time I press post :(

That looks beyond good. So much cerned beef!

Geeze. I have been there a handfull of times, but its usually its when I am feeling like healthy eating cause they have a good priced salad bar. The only thing besides salad I ever had from them was some chicken WRAP some time ago.

I gotta start eating the sandwiches apparently...

We tried TJ's frozen chicken patties ... they are are sold as a 4-pack (are thin) ... I made a double, naturally, but that's still 300 cal instead of the 700 cal for a single kobe patty ...

there was a slice of muenster melted onto each half of the sesame bun, after they started to toast ...

came out pretty nicely, it's hard to know when the meat is cooked through ...

colorful and actually pretty tasty ...

D's ...

Not bad for being a MUCH healthier option - I'll have to repeat and pineapple-teriyaki it ...

harvested an eggplant ...

so we salted the shit out of it and let is leech out the bitter brown water ... and then fried it ...

tasty!

and then took another stab at the the mignon roast ... a big one, this time ... i plopped it on the diced shallot, onion, leek mixture ...

added some orange bell ...

served it w/ a packet of Publix's Au Jus on drenched ciabatta ...

topped w/ the onions from under the beef ...

killer.

Asian salad w/ cashews ...

More fajitas ...

Carne Asada (non chimichurri one) ... Tough from the marinade (again) ...

Over the sink style ...

Office burgers ...

It's been good.

A little slow-cooker curry ... Chunks of breast meat, potatoes, vidalia's, particularly awesome red bell peppers, and a half-dozen chilli, and a jar of store-bought Patak's ...

A lot less mess to clean than the old sous vide -> le creuset way, but the chicken got a little bit more mushy ... which I don't prefer, given my druthers ...

Still, tasty.

just warming up here these past couple weeks ... i'm all about uav and bbq this fall/winter ...

geisha.

had load the remainder of my coals into a CS and prepare a fresh round of coals for the pork tenderloin and chicken legs, which wouldn't have happened normally ...

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1413265938.030854.jpg

that thing scared the shit out of me, rattled off some pops like gunshots as it broke in (bought a second CS recently).
