Greetings and Salutations

I wanted to take a couple minutes to introduce myself. I have been growing various peppers for a couple of decades now. My favorite of all would be the Habanero - orange of course. I LOVE the Habanada that is heatless, and have also enjoy, Bhut and Carolina Reapers - in moderation 😎 the fruitiness of the Reaper can always be enjoyed.

I stumbled upon this awesom group just today looking for some insight into PH testing for my small cottage to be. My wife and I have been making sauce for about 12 years now, and wanted to take this to the next level.

I am excited for this new place of like minded pepper heads! I am learning so much just looking through the already posted information/questions answered etc.
