I'm from Ansonia, ct. Luckydog in the beautiful, sometimes backward, Naugatuck valley.

I've been a sauce enthusiast for some time and have just recently begun playing around with some of my own. Finding this forum was like striking gold to me.

My wife and I have a little deli/ specialty food place where I try out my creations. Sauce is new territory for me. I do alot with spicy soups and stews that seem to be pretty popular.

Hey not too far Im from the other side of Waterbury in Southington/Plantsville are. We go camping a lot in the Kent area. Where is your deli and its name. The holidays are coming and I'm sure I'll be dragged to the Brass City Mall at some point and if there is a little Mecca with hot stuff not to far away then I'm on it
