Hello from NM. I am brand new to the site but hope to find (and perhaps provide) answers to questions.
Little bit about me - I have grown various types of Chile for a number of years. This year I have Habañeros, Pequin, Big Jim, New Mexico 6-10 and Serranos (a total of 51 plants). Grow them for pleasure and turn most of them into Chipotle. I guess technically Chipotle Chiles are smoked Jalapeños but I figure if you can smoke those you should be able to smoke any chile.
Don't have land enough to grow annual family requirements - this year 6 sacks of Green Chile and 5 sacks of Red Chile.
Once I have the opportunity to wander around the site I will hopefully have a feeling on what is where. Until then, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
