Greetings all.  I'm delving into the world of indoor pepper gardening, so I thought I would start here for support/tips.  I've got an area partitioned off in my basement that is 8' by 7'.  Right now I have two homemade CFL hoods, and it seems to be going okay.  Each light has a total of 12 23w CFL's.  One of them has 12 6500k, and the other has 8 6500k and 4 2700k.  I don't know what I'm doing yet, but some of my peppers are flowering, so I hope I'm doing something right.  I look forward to learning and sharing here.  I'd like to share pics of my setup, but I can't seem to upload any images.

Welcome aboard shipmate!!! :) well you've found the place tons of fantastic info and incredible people!!
For uploading you need to use a site like photo bucket or tinypics that's the way I learned. Or you can get an extreme membership and load right from your personal pics no outside source needed!! :)
