Greetings from Wichita, KS

Hello everyone! I'm so happy to find a blog devoted to peppers, as I have so many questions. However, I'll try to be a good member and lurk a while rather than posting questions that likely have already been asked.

I only have 13 plants so far this season: 4 jalapenos, 2 orange habaneros, 2 cayennes, 2 chili reds, 2 green bells, and one yellow bell. I may try to add a few more in the next couple of weeks, if I can find space for them.

I had about 30 plants last year, and though my crop was great, I really had no idea what I was doing in terms of drying and processing the peppers, so I'm going to look around here and see if I can't get some tips. Thanks in advance.
