Greetings

Well, I guess I've been getting more serious about making hot sauce and now I'm getting weird with it.  Figured this community might be able to give advice or be interested in my odd experiments I'm undertaking.

So, what are these dangerous experimental sauces you make?
 
I think you'll find that a lot of people here enjoy making their own styles of sauces that would not be popular enough for mass markets.
