Grinding Peppers

I hope this the appropriate forum, here it goes......

I have been growing, drying and grinding peppers for over 20 years now, from jalapenos to habs/SB/rocotos and everything in between. I quit growing anything milder than cayenne some time ago. I had a small crop of punjab this year as well.

When I grind/powder them in in a dedicated food processor, I have a progressive screen sifter to separate the seeds/large chunks, to the flakes and finally to the fine/dust pepper powder.

The best is the dust and then the flakes. What to do with the seeds/chunks?

BTW, I have more than 5 pounds of mainly hab/SB currently crushed. I'm open for suggestions.

Welcome.
If you want a fine powder put the seeds/chunks in a coffee grinder. I haven't found an easy way yet to do large batches.
