Grow Room Remodel

I built a grow room in September or October and it worked fine until my plants got bigger. I haven't been happy with my layout so I changed it all around today and its so much more efficient now. My room is 8x8, my lights are a 600w MH, 2 T8 floros, 2 LED lights. I also added several space blankets to the walls. I have another T8 for my 36 seedlings, and a 30 gallon reservoir which I'm adding goldfish to just to see if it helps anything. I'm wondering why I did not do this sooner.

This is what it used to look like, the seedlings and LED plants where on the right of this.

Lets hope they like the changes!

Hi Vegas, those are Glow Panel LEDs. I believe they have 2 models like that, those are the more powerful ones.

Interesting ... just because I see white light. Most LED users do red/blue combination. White LEDs? I just wonder how good these work. White LEDs are cheaper than colored LEDs and most have higher lumens than colored LEDs as well. I could rig one up and test em and see what happens. How much did you pay per unit if you don't mind me asking?

,Vegas

Sorry I miss understood, the LEDs are red/blue. The other light are T8's. You can't tell in the picture but its one row T8, then the LEDs and then a T8 behind those.

Not sure, honestly I never considered it. The lowest I remember seeing the air temp is mid to high fifties. With the temps warming up hopefully that will be no longer an issue.

Looks great! the plants look very healthy and shoot up pretty well.
Only 1 remark (minor one) When I would do this kind of setup, I'd use White reflective material as walls and not the aluminium foil.
The white will disperse the light evenly in the growroon as the alu-foil tends to create burnpoints and hot spots in the room due to the crackling of the foil.
I know I'm a newbie here with pepper growing, but I used to be a crack MJ grower back in the time (not proud of that cause I stopped smoking
and feel soooo much better now  ) and experimented with alu foil and glossy white foil to get best results (which came from the white glossy foil).
Now, while still having green fingers I'm concentrating on growing peppers, muuuuch better :drooling:
