Growing Carolina Reaper in Vietnam

The last couple trips to Vietnam, I brought over some Carolina reaper seeds for my family and friends grow. Nobody was able to successful grow any reaper the first time I gave them seeds. I went to back last March and gave it to someone who was able to grow those into mature healthy looking plants but the fruits have been turning yellow and dropping. I think the soil is missing the necessary nutrients for the fruits. I have asked them to add fertilizers but i am unsure of what is available in Vietnam. I think they use mostly organic fertilizers like chicken manure.

any idea or help would be appreciated.

Thanks

There's absolutely no reason that they should not be able to grow them.  Chicken manure is a nearly complete solution.  Combined with whatever is in the ground, it is good to go.
.
It doesn't sound like they're actually feeding the plants, but if they are, are you sure that the ground isn't contaminated?
