HI All Pepper Enthusiasts!

I enjoy growing, cooking with, and consuming all things pepper, especially hot pepper! I am a culinary instructor and that allows me to experiment with many preparations and look forward to learning more from all of you and sharing what I know.

Today purchased 3 lbs of Habanero's from one local farm, as well as 1.5 lbs of Red Habaneros from another local farm - looking into ideas of what to make with them - perhaps a fermented hot sauce? Or some unique spiced jams or jellies?
