Had time today to get this ferment together......this sauce is a huge hit with everyone that does not like a lot of heat....It is my third batch and It goes as fast as i make it.....anyways here's a few pics.....

For Starter I used Cutting Edge Cultures.
Brine= 3 TBSP pickling salt and 2 cups filtered water.
Now for the long 100+ days of waiting.
