Friend just got back from Orleans and she has a bag of meat for me! It will be on soon!

I take that back.... one thing to add: BEER???? Ah hell.... we have a little joke here in southeast Louisiana..... We tell outsiders that gumbo is an old French word that means "yeah, trow dat in dere." - you can literally add anything you want. (yes, I know it's really African word for okra)
