Hab Mash

Does anyone here make mash? I am just curious if anyone is big enough that they make and supply mash. We currently go through over 1000 lbs of mash (orange Habs) per year right now.
 
Wow!I made like 3 quarts so far this year...What kind of Government overregulation hoops do you have to jump through for that amount?
I'm thinking you could use some variety in that mash though!Good luck!

Luckily I just found a new company out in NM for Jalapenos, It's becoming way to much to chop and clean these buggers in Kentucky when I know in NM they can do it so much cheaper!
