Hab Sauces

Just thought I'd show you guys a couple of hab sauces I made the other day. They are all reasonbly hot and tasty too.

Yay new pic! The middle one looks interesting. The two others are not appetizing colors.

Edited for a better pic The one ont he left is a apple and cinnamon based flavour which got better as the apples carmelized a bit. The middle one is my favourite it's made with pineapple, lemon and lime juice. and the other is a banana based sauce ( nice but waaaaaaaay too thick)

How's that banana one? It looks like banana/hab yogurt.

And your quote should read "I HATE having to do the "oh-my-god-I-forgot-to-wash-my-hands after handling Naga's without gloves dance while running for cover to avoid they frying pan that's gonna smash my head into little bitty pieces" after late night fun (what started out as fun) with the spouse.

No, I agree about the colours, they were sort of a hit and hope type of deal... I guess for the sake of appetite I will just use those 2 for cooking into something. But they do taste alright. But the pineapple one, took that to work and the boys that actually like heat said it was good on any thing from a steak to a salad sandwich. :)

Rofl.
The banana one is ok to taste, but came out waaaaaaaay too thick. I have to get it out of the bottle with a teaspoon.... :( But it's not too bad on chops and the like.
