Habanero Orange curled leaves

I have two habanero oranges growing and other one started curling it’s leaves like crazy from early on. I gave it calcium and switched the bulb to a more powerful LED. It only made the leaves yellow. Adjusting the distance fixed the yellow leaves issue, but new leaves keep coming out all curly.


All of my chilis use the same commercial soil and this is the only one doing this.

Any ideas?

I was using the Tapatalk and this was the only section of the forum it showed me. 
 
Nutrients: BioGrow, BioBloom (currently in bloom stage) Root Juice, BioHeaven, TopMax and calcium.
