fermenting Habanero Pinapple Peach ferment

I thought you guys might enjoy this. I am fermenting Habaneros, peaches, and pinapples all chopped extremely fine. I started by using the hooch from unpasteurized yogurt and some salt to keep the bad guys away. Its been bubbling for 4 days now and yes everything has been sterilized. heres a pic (crappy quality)

Ha ha sweeeeeet. What are you planning on doing with it once it is fermented??? Just going to be a few shots of hot (hot sauce) liquor?? (maybe a dumb question lol)
 
I'm sure ya could if ya made what my Grandpa from Germany made, sour milk still curdles my stomach!!! Pour whole milk in large bowl, sprinkle cinnamon on top, get some cheese cloth, ok now... put on the water heater in Fl in an enclosed garage... I assume the liquid on top would work, but the goal was to eat the big turd, errrr... in mean curd. :beer:
