chinense Habanero problems

I'm growing red savinas for the first time this year. I cut open a few that were still orange and noticed that some of the seeds (I think they were seeds) were very dark, almost black. The plants and peppers all look healthy except for that. Is this normal? Thanks in advance!:lol:
 
I've seen some red habs before that had this problem. I thought it might've been some sort of fungus/disease, so to be on the safe side I didn't use those chillies. I don't know for sure though, and the problem didn't affect every chilli.
 
Yes, I believe they're fne as I've had tons with dark seeds..
But I'm no expert, possibly my ingestion of these pepperz have made me more mental? :lol:
