Email me your address I'll send you a sauce any way. the problem with raisins is the color, but I'm not a commercial sauce maker and will probably stand corrected. I collect hot sauces and eat what all my pepperbuds and I make, a good label sits on my shelf, there is Kato's that I can't get enough of and have to order more of everything(Island and meaner greener) But hey if you want a hab/raisin sauce, I can whip one up and post the recipe and send some too.
