I have something that looks kind of similar as well...haven't seen any kind of insects of sources around that would cause that type of hole/tear in the leaf. Doesn't seem to be hurting the plant in any way though so for now I guess I'll just wait to see what the result is on here. I might be able to post pics here later to see if they are indeed the same thing.

I almost wonder if it's a wind issue. Looks like a tear more than anything, even though it's hard to imagine the wind tearing a hole like that in the leaf.
I've noticed this on one or two of my plants as well, and they're very isolate.
