I love love love the varieties you have going on. I ordered some Infinities from I believe OBN or Pepperlover. Meatfreak sent me some seeds and I killed em. UGHHHH. I just hate when people give me seeds and a screw up messes things all up. Postage spent, time spent, and seeds lost just sucks. Its good to see your babies doing so well.

Ok guys, this week end will be a very cold wave around frezzing monday and tuesday.... after that i plant everything outside!!!!

will keep up the updates and add pictures of all my garden!
i have some apple trees alway to take care of ( orchard and now everything is blooming)

That is a lot of peppers!  What's growing on the poles in the background?

Vine to make wine in 2 years ;)
hybrid grapes to cope with the winters here
hybrid of vitis rustica and ???

the secret grape vine and i also have in that patch of vines some "frontenac gris"  give rough wine if not well done and not enough sugar due to temperature and heat...

well  you can but the quality of wine is not like those vitis vinifera vine... (chardonnais, cabernet, merlot, etc...)

but like anything. if you have the right plant at the right place you can still make interesting product.

some here plant those noble grapes to make good white and rosé but they must each fall put soil and straw or special fabric to protect from frost...
that's a lot of work to have something very fragile to temperature...

but it's some test. i have plenty of apple tree  to make hard cider and ice cider (our speciality in québec)   we craft around what we have and grow well like apple, maple syrup, Blueberry, strawberries raspberries etc...   liek our strawberries are a bit smaller than those grown in california... but the taste is day and night... dosent taste water like those big californian ones...
