Maybe a tad early for Happy Hour but I couldn't care less as I was sooo thirsty!! Nothin fancy here, a simple gin tonic whose name would translates to "Coniferous gin". It's made in a local distillery with black spruce & rosemay and it's one of my favorites. Cheers!
