Happy Mothers Day!

Started the day off with brunch for my baby momma...

Brioche French Toast stuffed with cream cheese and raspberries, whipped cream and dark chocolate dusted.

Dinner was a cold roasted beet salad on spinach with bleu cheese, toasted almond slivers and a balsamic reduction.
Chilean Sea Bass (skin on ;) ) on top of prosciutto wrapped asparagus with a shallot and chive Beurre Blanc to top it off.
